The Core of Entertainment Is 'People'.
Your 'Experiences' are What the Industry Needs Now.

As values diversify, the music and entertainment industries are seeking talent with a wide range of backgrounds.
What makes a person truly trusted and relied upon in the industry are their unique experiences.
At the Entertainment HR Department (HR = Human Resources), we nurture 'reliable talent' who leverage their individual learning and experiences while acquiring the essential skills and knowledge with broad perspectives and solid skill.

ABOUT ENTERTAINMENT HR DEPARTMENT

As a specialized training school for music and entertainment, we are launching a new department that offers fall admission (October enrollment) — the first of its kind in Japan.
This program is open to high school graduates (including those who have already graduated). It is designed for individuals who cannot wait until April to start, those who are eager to enter the entertainment industry from October and those with strong motivation but facing various challenges, all while holding a deep passion for this field.
To develop professionals who are ready to contribute immediately to the music and entertainment industries, we will provide our proven expertise and training methods. We also offer personalized instruction such as 'Extension Lessons' that support your driving force for expression. With a high-quality educational environment and a well-rounded support system, we are here to fully back your dreams.
Since job opportunities in the entertainment field are available year-round, you are not limited to the traditional April hiring season — in fact, our school already has a track record of success. Our goal is to nurture talent who can learn across various areas of the music business, gain a broad perspective and make a powerful impact on the entertainment industry.
